The Services screen is your central hub for everything you sell through GrowCRM. A Service represents a single product or offering — for example, “Logo Design” or “Monthly SEO Retainer” — and controls how it appears at checkout, how it is priced, and what happens automatically after a customer buys it. Navigate to Products & Services → Services to view, create, and edit your services.

Service configuration tabs

When you create or edit a service, GrowCRM organises all settings into dedicated tabs. Each tab focuses on one aspect of the service so you can configure everything without losing context.

Details

Set the service name, description, and status. This is where customers first encounter your service.

Pricing

Choose a billing type (one-time or recurring) and price structure (fixed, multiple tiers, or unit-based).

Options

Add optional extras — like “Rush Delivery” — that customers can select during checkout.

Image

Upload a thumbnail image shown alongside the service on checkout pages.

Checkout Automation

Automatically create projects, assign team members, and send notifications when a purchase completes.

Form

Attach a custom order form to collect extra information from the customer at checkout.

Details tab

The Details tab holds the core identity fields for your service. Fill these in first before moving on to pricing or options.
Disabling a service removes it from all checkout forms immediately, including any public forms customers may already be viewing. Confirm you want to stop selling the service before disabling it.

Image tab

Upload a visual to accompany your service listing. GrowCRM generates a thumbnail automatically from the uploaded image so it displays correctly at different sizes across the interface. To replace an existing image, click Remove Image first to clear it, then upload the new file. Skipping the removal step may cause the old image to persist.
Use a square or landscape image with a transparent or neutral background for the cleanest appearance on checkout pages.

Deleting a service

You can delete a service from the Services list at any time. Deleting a service permanently removes its associated prices and options.
Deleting a service does not affect past orders. Every order stores a snapshot of the service name, description, price, and options exactly as they were at the time of purchase. Historical orders and invoices remain accurate even after the service is removed.
